RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All cost for returns are at the customer's expense. This will be reimbursed if products are found to be faulty and returned within the time specified.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
We ask you to check all deliveries for signs of damage before you sign for them. If you can see that they are damaged, do not sign for them and contact us immediately. We will arrange for your order to be re-dispatched.
If you discover that goods are faulty after you have signed for them, please notify us by email at the address email@example.com, within 14 days of receiving them. You must quote your Order Number and product descriptions and state your reason for return. Please then return goods in their original packaging. Pending our inspection and verification that goods are faulty, we will contact you to offer a full refund, replacement or exchange. Damage to glass products must be reported to us before the item is used.
Proof of postage
We strongly recommend you get proof of postage and follow our returns process. Our return address is: 4004, 30th St. Tampa Florida- 33603.
If we notice an unusual pattern in return activity that doesn’t fit right, for example if we suspect that someone is wearing their purchases for some time and then returning it after washing or the items returned don’t match their description, then the account shall be deactivated and any associated account with it.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
